(There's no video for ButtonMaker 2.0 yet. Please contribute to MR and add a video now!)
ButtonMaker is designed to assist webmasters in making buttons from various Operating Systems and other popular appearances. Basically, all it does is display a blank button from one of the presets and lets you insert a label on top of it. There is no state (no hover, no pressed down) only the default appearance.
You can save the image as a JPEG, PICT, TIFF, PNG, Bitmap, Targa, SGI, QuickTime, Photoshop 5 or even as a ResEdit PICT resource file. Tough, I've tried PNG and the image contained errors that some programs did not want to deal with, so YMMV.
Anyway, here's the JPEG version! It seems to work just fine:
ButtonMaker-2.0.sit (755.84 KiB / 773.98 KB)
ButtonMaker v2.0 / compressed w/ Stuffit
Architecture: 68K + PPC (FAT)
At least 5.1MB of free RAM (recommended 7.6MB)
Mac OS 8.x - Mac OS 9.2.2
Note that this app works on 68K, but it requires a ton of RAM because it was made with RealBasic.
Emulating this? It should run fine under: SheepShaver
