What is AdArt Logos Vol. 1, 2, 3?

A DiskCopy CD-ROM image that contains over 6000 logos of the most popular companies from the 1990's in EPS and VINYL format. Car makers, restaurants, shops, brands of anything... Adidas, Atari, Coca-Cola, Colgate, Hasbro, Pizza Hut... You name it, it's in there. Having doubts about this being legal at all. Looks like it's from a Canadian source because there are a lot of canadian brands in there, but it's from an unknown "publisher".
