What is The Forbidden Towers? "The Forbidden Towers" by Carol Gaskin made into a HyperCard Player app in 2019. Features crude B&W bitmap graphics and many lines of text that unfortunately are unreadable.

System Requirements From Mac OS 7.0 up to Mac OS 9.2 Compatibility notes Architecture: 68K + PPC (FAT) At least 1.8MB of free RAM Mac OS 7.x - Mac OS 9.2.2 Note: A design flaw in this app cuts the last line of text on many pages so unfortunately they're unreadable (because no scrollbars). Tried under System 7.1, 7.5.3 and 9.0.4 but in all cases, there was a lot of cut text. Not sure how the programmer tested this before release, but it must surely run on a very specific OS with a very specific theme and I don't know what it is.
