What is NiftyTelnet 1.1 SSH r3?

NiftyTelnet 1.1 SSH is a pre-OSX Telnet client based off NiftyTelnet 1.1 that adds support for SSH and SCP (starting from r3).  It's useful primarily for 1990's 68K Macs.
