What is Info-Mac Archive?

Info-Mac was the first Macintosh online community in 1984.  It had a mailinglist service along with a massive shareware/freeware FTP open to anyone, the latter being archived in the file below.

The Info-Mac Archive evolved into a web 2.0 style forum, but it still serves the original files from the 80's and 90's on it's new website today, more than 35 years later.

ARCHIVE.ORG now hosts the same archive file as well.
