What is Front&Center?
Front&Center is a control panel that allows the user to find the cursor location by pressing a hot key. The cursor flashes (appears and disappears). The user can customize the hot keys, the flash rate and even if the cursor shall revert to a given position on the screen (e.g. revert to the top/left corner of the screen).
This accessibility utility is better than other cursor finders, because it does not interfere with the control-click contextual menu, so it can be used under Mac OS 8 and 9, beyond its System 7 scope.

This is a control panel. To install it, drag and drop it onto your System Folder and accept when it asks to install it, then reboot the Mac.
Emulating this? It could probably run under: Basilisk II
