What is ShutDownLater?
This tiny (6KB!!) utility app lets you set a shut down time (no date tough) and it will sit on your desktop until the time comes, then will immediately shut down your Mac.
Note: it uses a timer to decrease the amount of time left, so if your computer is being slow or laggy, the shut down time will be off.

ShutDownLater v1.02 (1990) / compressed w/ Stuffit
From Mac OS 6.0 up to Mac OS 9.2
Mac OS 6.x - Mac OS 9.2.2
Usable under System 6, but kind of pointless, since you cannot work with it in the background like under System 7, see 3rd screenshot :P
Works perfectly fine under Mac OS 7, 8 and even 9.
Emulating this? It could probably run under: Basilisk II
