What is SmartScrap & The Clipper?

SmartScrap is a Scrapbook replacement. Multiple scrapbook files, scaling of large images, table of contents. 

The Clipper is a cropping and scaling tool with which one can determine the exact dimensions of an area where you are going to paste a picture with The Clipper's amazing transparent window.

Box says Mac 512, Plus, XL, II & SE. Tested in Mini vMac and on a Mac Plus. 

Despite the extension, this is a Disk Utility 4.2 file.
