What is NCSA PalEdit?

NCSA PalEdit is a tool for the creation and customizing of color palettes that may be used with other NCSA software such as NCSA Image. With PalEdit, you can modify the whole palette or intervals in the palette, to create a set of colors tailored to your needs.
