What is The Grouch?

This is a quirky animation for the trash can.  when you empty the trash, Oscar the Grouch pops up and sings "Oh, I love trash!".  put more stuff in the trash and empty it a second time, and he pops up and sings "I love it because it's trash!".  Warning:  small children will dump anything in sight into the trash and empty it just to see and hear Oscar, and file or data loss and system damage can result.
