What is SillyBalls?

The original game concept I thought up for uDevGame 2001 was Oxyd in 3D. This game is a classic 2D-puzzle game with many complex puzzles; you roll a marble around them in attempt to solve the puzzle by matching up special blocks. I then spent the next month or so trying not to make Oxyd in 3D. As much as I admired the original I wanted to make my own unique game. The "collect the stars" goal also seemed to fit in better with the games' action-oriented nature. The final version of Silly Balls was slanted towards action due to lack of time to integrate the puzzles into the game design.
