What is Ace Explorer?

Ace Explorer™ is a science fiction game which simulates a space mission. The game begins with a Mission Objective, the question presented by Star Base. To find the answer,  players look for leads by visiting alien planets, conducting interviews via the Phone, and consulting the Chart of planets. Players select relevant information and eliminate that which is unimportant. Players must then arrange their facts in sequential order before submitting them to Star Base. If the data submitted to Star Base is completed correctly before time runs out, players are commended and given the opportunity to print a Star Base Report.

In addition to the library of 60 stories,  Ace Explorer™ also provides a framework for creative writing. It allows players to write their own science fiction games for others to play. Players can make up their own mission, alien messages, phone interview information, planet statistics and final story with the star alienís picture.
