What is TrashDisable?

This adds System 7-like functionality to your System 6 Mac. On System 7, the Finder won’t delete files in the trash until you explicitly tell it to do so. TrashDisable does something similar. It makes the Finder incapable of actually deleting files. You can toggle this behavior with the included function key.
