What is Chocoa?

CHOCOA is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client system. You can enjoy chatting with others on CHOCOA as you work or your computer or browse the Web.

Features

  • IRC Client based on Japanese-enabled RFC1459, 2812 standard
  • Simple, single-window interface
  • Designed to work on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Java Applet)
  • Works with most major web browsers
  • Works with Internet Phone/NetMeeting (Windows version only)
  • Every kind of notification function (?)
  • File transfer functions

Additional Notes

For the most part, Chocoa 1.0 for Mac offers the same functions as the Windows version.
