What is Time Driver Vincent?

This is a weird office software released for the Japanese market. It is a schedule reminder utility. You schedule different events on a daily calendar (such as lunch, meetings, etc) and a man named Vincent will periodically remind you when your next event is approaching. A version for Windows 3.1 was also released.
