What is BIAS Peak 3.x & 4.x?

Incrredible!  Are there authorization codes? 

Peak in its day was the best single file sound editor.  Could be used with the major DAW's of the day.  Quality code, and code matters, when working on albums for years at a time.  It's nice to have somnething like Peak that focuses on one a track at a time.  


Peak went under suddenly, their help page isn't real helpful.  Users who have had any issues are locked out permanently.

Why Peak can't take a chill pill & lighten up is beyond me.  I'd love to have this working on one of my old macs.

I could easily write a term paper about this software.  I dont think theres ever been a replacement until recently.
