What is Soft Pivot 3.2.1 for Radius Pivot Display?

Soft Pivot version 3.2 enables a Radius Pivot Display connected to Macintosh built-in video to operate in both portrait and landscape orientations and take advantage of RadiusWare features. Soft Pivot software consists of a system extension ("Soft Pivot Driver") and a control panel ("Soft Pivot"). Dynamic Desktop (also a control Panel) is required to pivot the display on the fly (without restarting). During installation the Soft Pivot Driver, the Soft Pivot control panel, and Dynamic Desktop will be loaded into your system folder.

The ROM files might be for/from a Radius Pivot 632-0070 (possibly a Radius Color Pivot). They are versions 2.2.U5 and 2.6.U5. There is no information on what the purpose of the ROM files might be, or how to use them.
