What is SSW 7.1 Boot ISO?

Worked, but wouldn't boot on a few of my systems. Used it to get the LC-III to install 7.1 on SE and Plus. It's not an official apple product .. the garfield cat icon is a dead give away. Was a nice working ISO file on a PC.
