What is Internet Explorer Plus CD-ROM (4.0.1 68K)?

Internet Explorer v4.0.1 was the last version to support 68K Macintosh computers.  This is the hybrid PC/Mac CD-ROM (Win 3.1/95 + Mac OS 7/8) containing the installer for Internet Explorer 4.0.1 and Outlook 4.0.1 for 68K only.
