What is SmartDrag?

This extension makes window dragging work in real-time. It should work on ANY Macintosh capable of loading extensions (PowerPC recommended for smooth window scrolling, but not requiced). Tiny memory usage, only about 2K stored in System heap. (Shouldn't be too much!)
