What is Postman Pat?

This games shares it's name with a twee children's series where the titular character engages in mundane adventures.

There are a handful of borrowed names but otherwise, 'Postman Pat and his descent into darkness' shares no similarities. Play the role of a  cyborganic postman, who has gone postal and begun launching lethal junk mail at passers by, the police and the military.
