What is David's BackGammon?

David's Backgammon was a popular and very long spanned backgammon game series for Macintosh and Windows PC's. It was distributed as a feature limited demo online for users to try before buying altough the full game had a truck load of features and options, such as synthesis speech, tournament mode, different rules and much more.

David is still selling licenses for this application at present - visit http://bestbackgammon.com/davids/ for more information to obtain a full version.

Warning: Unfortunately, at the time this was written, David's Backgammon version 3.9 is one of the rare old games that cannot be emulated under neither SheepShaver or QEMU as it crashes them. If you want to experience this game, you'll have to use a real PowerPC equipped Macintosh, such as a G3 or G4 PowerMac.
