What is Totally Safe! (prank)?

Totally Safe! is a small prank app that mimics a 68K Mac crash screen.  Once the user tries to click on the "Resume" button, a rocket comes out and makes it disappear.  Once the user then tries to click on "Restart" the app quits and lets the user resume his work :P
