What is Mac OS 8.0 (DS,HD)?

Mac OS 8.0 install on 27 floppy (1.4MB) disks, plus 2 tools disks, all in DSK format, bundled on a Toast disk image to preserve DiskCopy enabling resource forks, but they can be extracted and used without DiskCopy as well.
