Watson

What is Watson? Watson is a new breed of software application that we call a desktop web productivity application. From a functionality perspective, Watson is more like a web browser than a desktop application. Much of the functionality of a web browser comes from the third-party sites that you visit. On the other hand, conventional desktop applications usually have fixed functionality and don't rely on third-party, web-based services to provide utility. What you think of as the “Watson application” may be affected by changes in business models, business closures, changes in acceptable usage terms, etc. As such, Karelia’s primary goal is to provide Watson users with ever increasing levels of functionality in the face of constant change in the web services landscape. Furthermore, Karelia has no control over the content of the web sites that Watson connects to. (For example, if a movie service provider doesn't know about your geography, Watson can't teach it.) If you have issues with web site content, please contact the site directly. (You can go directly to the site or sites for a given tool via the “Open in Browser” menus.) Download Watson for Mac
