What is WebTV Viewer 2.0?

The WebTV® Viewer... is a personal computer Web browser designed to display your Web pages in much the same way that they'll appear when viewed on a WebTV system - either the original Classic or the newer Plus system. The WebTV Viewer is available for both the PC and Macintosh. Use the WebTV Viewer to test your Web pages and preview how they'll look and work when viewed on WebTV.
