DepthApplet© puts a small floating palette on your screen. From this palette, you may select the desired screen depth. It was written as an alternative to the various screen depth changing inits and cdevs. I know that these utilities are a dime a dozen, but I couldn’t find one that was an application, so I wrote one. My intent was to make an application that was as small and non-intrusive as possible, while still remaining useful, and without the worry and hassle of another init.
