What is The Trial of OIiver North?

The Trial of Oliver North is a text based adventure game made an Advanced Pascal university project in 1989.  The following people were the members of the analysis, design and implementation group: Hal Baird, Bonnie Curbello, Jim Emmons, Steve Perez, Todd Scholz and Mike Steiner.

Welcome  to  the  game, "The Trial of Oliver  North".   You  are
Oliver  North,  Lieutenant Colonel (Retired), United  States  Marine
Corps.  It is your responsibility to establish your innocence beyond
a  reasonable  doubt  by searching several of your  old  haunts  for
important clues.

Your adventures can be terminated quickly and without saving any
record  of  the  game  by typing "QUIT" which  may  appeal  to  your
memories of shredding parties.  The game can also end if your  trial
is heard.  The trial is scheduled to occur sometime during the game,
but  if you feel you have enough evidence, you can let  fate  choose
your destiny by typing "TRIAL".

To aid you in your search, here is a list of accepted verbs  and
commands  the  game will understand.  The following  screen  can  be
brought up using the command "HELP".
