What is Kai's Power Goo?

Kai's Power Goo is a photo manipulation tool based off the Photoshop plugin Kai's Power Tools. It allows users to edit photos in wacky ways.

"This new, award-winning funware's Goo Room allows users to create "liquid images" and manipulate them in realtime by smearing, stretching, shrinking and smudging photos of your choice from a variety of sources. 11 image libraries of men, women, children, animals, politicians and funny faces are included, but you may prefer to Goo your friends and enemies. Use your Goo'd images to quickly create Goovies or output AVI or QuickTime movies.
But that's not all. Kai's Power Goo's Fusion Room allows you to seamlessly combine parts of one image and another with a new level of simplicity and sophistication. Imagine quickly adding Ross Perot's ears and Richard Nixon's nose to the face of your boss. Darwin, eat your heart out!" - (1996) Kai's Power Goo Product Information.
