In a few seconds you learn there are two dishes with less than 1 gram of saturated fat (the really, really evil stuff) that you can make in a half-hour or less.

An illustrated, animated glossary tops off the vast database of 1,000 tantalizing recipes. When directions call for sauteing, click on the term and a QuickTime movie will show you how it’s done. (“The vegetables should literally jump around the pan,” explains a pleasant voice.) Once you know what you’re doing, it’s a breeze to print out your shopping list and get cooking.
