What is IconDragger + IconDropper + IconPacker 3.x?

IconDragger + IconDropper + IconPacker is a set of simple yet useful icon tools by and for The Icon Factory icon packs.

IconDragger lets you open an icon pack and pick icons that you drag on the desktop or in any application that supports PICT dragging and it will export a copy of the icon.  When it's dragged on the desktop, it creates a picture clipping.  If you drag it in a Photoshop window for instance, it will act like a paste of the icon onto the document.

IconDropper lets you drag and drop any file or folder on it and change its icon by a single mouse click.  You simply click on an icon from the pack and you're done, it's instantaneous.

IconPacker lets you create icon packs for use with the two other apps.
