What is Alternate WDEF?

Alternate WDEF is a control panel that lets you minimize windows to floating icons you can place anywhere on the screen.  It also changes the windows interface buttons.

Compatibility notes

System 6.x - System 7.x

Alternate WDEF is a control panel.  Place it in the System folder and reboot to install it.

This control panel disables the menubar when a window is opened in System 7.x, not sure if this is intended behavior or not.
