What is Lisa DAC (Lisa Multivoice Sound card)?

The Lisa DAC is a multivoice sound processor card (with audio output jack). This card turns any 1MB (2MB is better) Lisa/XL into a Macintosh Plus (sound capabilities)

For a complete change into a fully compatible MacPlus you also need the SUNRem SCSI card for the Lisa and the 800KB disk drive upgrade.

Disk images are in dc42 and DART format. Works with emulators and Floppy Emu.

From the VintageMicros collection.

Compatibility notes

Many MacPlus video games work with this card (best example: creepy castle) - especially sound utiliies like MacRecorder (SoundEdit), Music Works, Deluxe Music Construction etc.

This Sound DAC card is not working under any MacEmulator, only with a real Lisa under MacWorksPlus (from Sunrem) or MacWorks II plus (Sigma Seven/ VintageMicros)
