What is Timbuktu Pro 8.8.5?

Overview

This DMG contains Timbuktu Pro 8.8.5, a version compatible with modern Intel versions of Mac OS X; including macOS Sierra. Once installed and running, you will be able to take control of OS 8 and OS 9 versions of Timbuktu (i.e. <= 6.x) from your Intel Mac.

Installation

Copy the Timbuktu folder to your Applications folder. If you are using El Capitan or later, open a Terminal, enter the following:

cd /Volumes/Timbuktu Pro 8.8.5/
sh ./Fix macOS Sierra.sh

Likely due to potential security risks, Apple has placed Timbuktu in the normal Apple quarantine list. The script removes it from the quarantine list and launches the associated applications. This should only need to be performed once.

Should work with at least OS 10.8 and above. Mileage may vary on earlier releases. Confirmed working with 10.12.5 after executing the script on the root of the disk.
