What is Если нет батарейки... (If there is no battery)?

I think many people have encountered the problem that when the computer does not have a battery, the clock setting and the speed of the mouse cursor are lost. I also ran into this problem and wanted to buy myself a new battery, but the cheapest battery for a Mac costs $18. And then I decided to make a program that opens the "Date & Time" remote and the "Mouse" remote. Of course, you can say that it is much easier to make aliases of the "Date & Time" remote and the "Mouse" remote and put them in the "Startup Items" folder, but then they will start every time you restart the computer (and when you restart the computer through the "Restart" command", if you do not turn off your computer, the clock setting and the speed of the mouse cursor do not go astray!).
