What is 68K-PPC Mac APPS OS7-OS9 [HOME MADE]?

This is a relatively small random software compilation for 68K and PPC Macs from the 1990's.  Even though the compilation looks to be from 2015 when looking at the dates on the outer folders, I think it was made around the year 1999 because all the software is from before this year.

There is also a folder containing 458 icons with a ReadMe file that says this collection is named Kuku Icon collection.
