What is Lords of the Realm II?

Lords of the Realm II is a strategy game, where you need to conquer not only the enemies, but also fight the hunger and disease. You'll come to first love and then hate the phrase "Feed your peasants to keep them happy and make them multiply". Keep the people happy and healthy so you can make weapons and recruit soldiers for your army. Gather resources to build and upgrade your castles.
